Dimentions
ECN LTD manufacturers forged steel grinding balls and cylpebs in diameter of 20-100 mm by in-line rolling manufacturing method. Hard forging equipment is used to complete order for big diameter grinding media with dimentions 100 - 160 mm.

Chemical composition
Our engineers have developed by the best grade of steel for the highest quality products manufacturing. Each diameter of the steel ball is chosen its alloy, specially made for supplying enterprise workpiece. Steels have a high carbon content and provide a through ball hardenability.

Hardness
Average volumetric hardness of grinding media is HRC 58+ being optimal for grinding operations.
